Workout from hell

Well I am done with my leg workout and it was killer today.  I swapped out hacks for walking lunges.  If you ever just want to totally shred your legs then do these every few workouts.  I have to say I see why Ronnie hated to do them, but did them religiously.  They are great for building size in your entire leg.  Did my 7’s as always, but with a little bit of a twist.  Instead of doing a set then getting off and flexing my legs I did it while lifting.  Sets 2,4,6 I would flex on each rep.  I felt every muscle fiber was used and killed.  Going to be feeling it tomorrow.

Done eating Meal 4 only a few more to go today and then start it all over again tomorrow.  Hope everyone is having just as much success reaching your competitive goals.
